Assemble the PC on my own?

Hi

I am going to purchase all the components separately and get the best prices (not compromising the model numbers which I have researched on).

Now my question is once I have all the components should I assemble the PC on my own (I havent assembled a PC before)? Is it really difficult?

I tried to search Digit forum to find out any threads which have guides regarding this...but am not able to find anything...is there any such thread?

All in all I want to have the confidence that I can actually assemble the PC on my own...and also have the knowledge that I dont mess up anything...any common pitfalls will be really helpful

As I type I am already googling this so I can find the general guides but if there is a Bible kinda guide for assembling which people generally use...it would be really helpful if you can share it with me.

Its very easy and interesting task. No need of online guide. The mobo manual is ur best friend.

@msankadi: there is no harm in DIY.....& its educational also...learning a new thing...
dont worry even if u go wrong ur pc will nt boot....& wnt be damaged.....
