Monitor: Samsung hdmi is a very vague description. A little more detail would be helpful.
If you have any cash left, take a HD7750 or HD7770.

If Op is not planning to add a Graphics Card any time sooner then higher priced i3 3225 is justified over i3 3220 as the former is offering HD 4000 compared to HD 2500 of the later.
