ASAP! - New intel PC for asic office use?

Hi all,
i wish to build a basic simple PC for basic office use such as MS-Office, mail on FireFox, opening/reading PDFs, and finally using AutoCAD 2009.
BUDGET Rs. 22,000
I have shortlisted on the following components, please give suggestions ASAP, as i am going to buy at 5 pm today(23.1.2010)

Processor: Intel Core2Duo E7400(2.80 GHz) OR Intel Core2Duo E8400(3 GHz)
Motherbord: Please suggest from ASUS or Intel Boards
Keyboard: Logitech multimedia
Mouse: Logitech 3 button scroll
Monitor: ViewSonic VA1928wm
RAM: Kingston value ram 2 * 2 GB

Intel e5200+ gigabyte g31 is more than enough. IMHO, better off with x4 620 and a 780g board, assuming you are going to do that much AUTOCAD jobs.Stay away from that screen. Better off with dell 19 incher or samsung's 2033sw which comes in the similar price. Choose a good psu or its the question of when the system will be damaged. Fried components=warranty voided.
