I am looking for a Pdf Viewer which allows a document to be marked, eg. I should be able to Highlight or ballon out on an important paragraph, So that I can review it Later.
Actually Adobe Professional Already has that Feature, But that's not a freeware or OpenSourceSoftware.

Geeks, so any such PDF viewer are you aware of, which allows doing that.

Thanks,

I think Foxit Freeware edition does have some faeture by it will watermark the PDF with 'Created by Foxit....' when you try to save. Do you want it for personal use or professional?

Nope, I dint say I want the pdf to be Watermarked...
Just some marking, highlighting, or circling/ballooning out particular area, so that I can check back on that again.

Legen-wait for it-dary!
Foxit freeware allows that. Except, when you save it after doing those reviewing, it adds a line "created by foxit". Thats what Rohan means. You can find these tools in the advanced editing submenu.

Cool,
Tools -> Advanced Editing Tools Gives all options.
I think this functionality has been added recently, Last time years back when I checked on Foxit they were just focussing on telling that they have a smallest and Lightest PDF reader.
Anyways, It solves My purpose, Though Watermarked.
