Any method to improve the video quality of AVI ?

Alrite i have this movie in AVI format but the video quality isnt good. Is there anyway to improve the quality of the movie ? f so pls guide me

Quality of Video is lost when it is converted to AVI, but once lost there is nearly no way to recover it ...

try from windows movie maker. Import the file from the place and manage....
you can cut the video too.
