Android Softwares download help

Dear all

Please answer the below mentioned queries.

1)I want to download Android os for mobile and pc. please suggest me good sites where in i can find all the android versions and procedure to download.

Android is freeware, but when i went to android.com. it didn't show me option to download.

2) I want to check the ratings of each device in thinkdigit.com. when i browsed for tablets it showed me only price and specs, i cant find any ratings from digit team.

I dont thinks there is android os for pc you can run android apps in pc though

1. You can't download Android for just any mobile. There are mainly 2 sources: if the mobile manufacturer has released Android build/update for that particular model which you can check by simply searching in this format: "model no - android build no". OR if supported by custom android developers like Cyanogenmod. You can't install (it is called flashing) Android OS made for one model on another model even if both are from same brand. It'll only corrupt the existing Android OS. There are many ways to install Android OS on Windows. just google a bit.

2. There is no RATING system in Digit. Actually there shouldn't be any rating. Just go through review and check if it fulfills all your requirements. Some mobile got poor rating yet offer great picture quality whereas some may have got good rating for their build quality and UI.

i want to install android in my samsung mobile, the existing OS in my mobile is Java. and also i wanna try android on other chinese made tablets. can i try.. ??

i wanna change OS of my mobile. yes i know how to run android on pc..but im asking about mobile.. does any website allows you to download Android OS for free? like we download the os from website (linux freeware)..

same in the case of mobile.. if something goes wrong cant if flash my Phone and perform new installation?

not possible. if you mobile OS was Android, then maybe you can upgrade from an older version to new one but if it has Java, the system requirements won't even meet. Can't say about chinese tab.

GSM Arena for reviews. or check my mobile buying guide. mobile with green specs are +ve, red is -ve with respect to that price section.

Android is not same as Windows. Android is released as source code which must be complied before you can flash it.

You can download all the android mobile app through ariestco.com,along with that here you can also download other mobile application as well.

The architecture of your phone was not built to support anything other than Java.
