Android mobile in 7K budget

My friend wants to buy an Android mobile in 7k budget for browsing, gaming and downloading some songs. he even emphasis on having an android mobile with GOOD CAMERA :|
i came to know about this mobile Spice MI 435

how is it compared to Micromax?

Suggestions are welcomed.

incredible camera, i liked it personally and my frnd liked it too, but any other options, worried about warranty and he want to take mobile on EMI from flipkart.

Nope, if you are looking at brands with good reputation, none comes under 7k with android(none even under 10k).

Tell him to save up and get something a bit beefier: XOLO A700 - XOLO: Flipkart.com

My suggestion is to go for either burst, or go for Nokia.
