Alternative to Ctrl+ F

I have a list of posts, i made and I think many of it has been repeated. And it's tiresome to find doing Ctrl +F. Is there a software which finds the same listed posts and let one knows.

Your question is confusing at best. First tell us what post, I mean word document, some other type of documents or something else.

Click your name on top right, near "welcome". There you can see the list of all your posts, subscriptions. Furthermore, you can click " Find latest posts", " Find latest posts" on to the page's left side to find all your posts.
