Airtel Broadband?

I am using Airtel Broadband...using beetel 220bx ADSL2 + Modem.My problem is i installed the drive comes in airtel cd.when i go in device manger it shows Unknown device...under which its usb device.....i found the driver missing is of
Broadcom USB Remote NDIS Device....

So tell me...wht should i do now...frm where i can download this driver...

When will Airtel Provide high speed internet connection for mobile phones. Is it available.
Is there any other service provider who provides fast internet.

What about 3g internet........?
