Airtel Billing issue

hi guys

i am on 256 unlimited broadband on airtel..

the problem is this time my bill was 1300 /// in which Rs 158 is been stated as ISD calls made to singapore .. it also came with the number..to which is made..

i made a complaint to them regarding this .. since i didnt make the call..

after that they called me two days later .. some higher executive called me and said that.. they cant remove the 158 Rs.. ISD call stating that i made it ..

i explained them i didnt make them...

but they arent about to reduce..
i thought of not paying the bill and cancelling the connection..
but my friend told about the deposit... (which i forgot_)

now wht shall i do????
shall i pay ?? r switch to other network.....

uin fact it the line is directly connected to the router..

the truth is i use the phone they gave for bsnl line...

i have no idea..
ok i have heard things like ... these service guys making calls from the connection box in the street.. for thier purpose... can it be true???

they also said that i can lock my outgoing by dynamic lock.. something..

my friend asked me how come airtel is issuing ISD call facility without customer written approval... since other companies require customers to fill in the form to get ISD call facility.. and also deposit.;.

yeah so true...for someone to make ISD u have to make request to ur service provider to obtain the service ....

& try locking outgoing too...

I too use Outgoing Dynamic Lock. I am on Airtel 256 unlimited

I have 256 unlimited.Yes you need to have ISD enabled.Try talking tothem on that regards ask for the letter that you gave them regarding enabling the ISD service.
