Dude try to DisaBle the “restart on system failure” feature this ,may permit the exact cause to be isolated: To Disable it :-
1.Right-click on My Computer,
2.click Properties, click the Advanced tab.
3Under “Startup & Recovery,” click Settings.
4Under “System Failure,” uncheck the box in front of “Automatically restart.”

Hope this helps
