K281 looks good especially the fact that it comes with 2 120mm fans pre-installed.if it has just one more fan slot on side panel for processor then it would be an obvious choice.still it is a good option but functionality wise Bitfenix Merc Alpha USB3.0 version is better & costs a bit less though you have to spend extra on getting another 120mm fan.

merc alpha has decent cable management options(you can manage cables inside the cabinet very well) while antec x1 lacks it. antec x1 looks coola nd very attractive.
i think merc alpha can accommodate big cpu cooler like hyper 212 evo unlike X1
merc alpha has space to install 7 120mm fans(1 pre-installed) & it has thumbscrews to install drives which is very convenient compared to using traditional screws with philips screwdriver.it has bottom mounted psu which is a standard for all good cabinets now-a-days.it can also accommodate cpu coolers like evo212 which is the best choice to keep processor temps down at its price.only in looks department it falls behind with its plain simplistic look but that is a matter of opinion since many people like their cabinets to be of simple minimalistic design instead of designs like NZXT Gamma,Antec X1 or even cooler master HAF 922.

it is merc alpha.
if possible get kingston hyperx blu for 2.2k on flipkart. save little and spend it on to get asus m5 a97 EVO r2.0.
everything else looks fine.
there are 2 versions of merc alpha:usb3 & usb2.get usb3 version which costs just ~300 more.links are given above.
