Advice Needed/help in upgrading

Hi Experts,
my current machine is
Core2Duo 2.4GHZ + Gigabyte 945 + 5750 HD Raedon + VX 450 Corsair + 2GB RAM
would like to upgrade just PRoceessor + Mobo and RAM (budget upto 10K), please help. I am having i3 2nd Gen in mind.

Please let me know the current prices.

I am not sure of the model of the motherboard . Let someone Clarify It . !!!
