Advice Gaming PC around Fifity thousand

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Gaming, Games like CS:GO, DOTA 2, Blue and Skyrim.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:50,000 INR. And yes I can extend more 5-6K for balanced config.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows Home basic.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB, I can do 750GB if it saves money which can be used on other components like better RAM or GPU.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes, I will require a monitor. Is it possible I can buy a 32inch TV which can used for both PC and my PS3 ?
Note: I will pay extra for Monitor, my 50K budget is for CPU only.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: N/A

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: This Upcoming Week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I will build myself for first time.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Yes, I will prefer online more.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: well, how do you select a motherboard and PSU for your computer ?

Thanks, these specs looks good but sorry, I forgot to mention that I will pay extra for monitor. So is there anything that can be further improved with the 8K left from monitor + 3K already.

It's a good config but
Should I stay with i5 2400 with Hd 7850 ?
Because ur config has more ram but I think 4GB is fine for me.

42.2K total, I think this will be my choice. I have few questions though
Would buying a 30GB SSD for OS installation would be worth 3.5K ?
Will the computer have wifi or I will have to buy it ?
Apart from flipkart and eBay, where else can I look online for these items ?
So, as I still have 7-8K left can there be any further improvement in processor or mother board ?

Btw, thanks d3p

IMO, ssd would have been more worth taking had it been a little cheaper. But if you plan on taking, try the Corsair Force 3 120 GB SSD

Mobo wont have wifi. I think this is what you are looking for - > Linksys WMP54G Wireless-G PCI Adapter

Try investing in a better gpu and/or monitor.

You may consider for ASRock Z77 extreme 4 + i5 3450

Crucial 128GB m4 2.5 inch SATA 6GBs SSD @ 8.5k
else you may go for Corsair Force GT 120 GB as suggested by Myth
