I just read the Xperia SL review on digit. It says its a
slightly enhanced version of Xperia S
It also says Xperia S should be cheaper than SL
but at flipkart Xperia S is costlier than SL one:-o

Actually, Sony Xperia SL is out of stock on Flipkart and Indiatimes. So I guess you'll have to find another source. :p
Anyway, I am waiting for Sony Xperia SP, dunno how will it turn out to be though...

I suggest you to wait for a week or so as Sony is expected to announce its upcoming phones and they are worth it and after that the price of the phones which are available right now is expected to go down.

If you can extend your budget then I think you should have a look at tradus as HTC One X 32 GB is available for only 26k, while at other places it is not available for below 33k
