High without substance...
i have a new HP 6602 au laptop preinstalled with vista home premium.
1. in xp at the user selection page pressing ctrl+alt+delete is used to login to the main administrator account. how do i do that here?

2. i have created 2 users with administrator previlages, but when i try to
work on illustrator it tells me that i need administrator rights to use this
software.

3. I have heard from some of my friends that some laptops which come with
pre-installed vista will have problems when XP or some linux os is installed.
(dual boot and single boot XP), i asked the deller if that is true and "SHE"
said that it will have no problems.

2. Right Click on the Illustrator icon, and from the right click menu, select the "Run as Administrator" option.

3. If the laptop has SATA hard disk, you shall have to provide the XP installation with SATA drivers seperately. If you install XP after Vista has been installed, you shall have to edit the boot files to enable dual booting. If you install Vista after XP, there shall be no problem. Ubuntu, when installed after XP and Vista, gives a boot menu with all the booting options.
