A strange Error During Boot-up!!

Recently I am having an error reporting during the start up of my computer
Press F8 for BBS pop up
PC2-4300 single channel 1 mode
checking NVRAM.....
Initializing USB controllers ...Done
1016 MB OK.
Auto Detecting Primary master ...ATAPI CD-Rom
Auto Detecting Seconday master...IDE Hard Disk
Primay Master:Sony DVD RW DW 6120A myRJ
ultra DMA mode-4
Secondary Master:8ST3160211AS 3API
Ultra DMA mode-5,3 m.a.RT capable and status OK
Auto Detecting USB Mass Storage Device
00 USB Mass Storage Device found and configured

Overclocker failed or OverVoltage Failed!
Please enter set-up to re configure your system
Press F1 to run Set-up
Press F2 to load default value and continue

What is the cause of this error mainly the words in bold..??
Does this is due to Power Supply or UPS or HDD or Mobo or anything else ???
The computer is just 2 months Old..

Too hot for this forum.
u probably had an improper shutdown, causing the bios to reset to default values.
btw how is a cdrom ur primary master?

buddy something has been changed there in setup

thats why its showing this error

when u save changes it will not show u error
