A Laptop under Rs 40,000

Hi everyone, I plan to get a Laptop. Budget of 40,000

Generally it will be used for Programming in Visual Studio,
Movies / Music etc etc , and occasional Gaming ..

Whats the best I can get ?

Any model / make you can suggest with the specs ?

I checked out one shop and a guy told me abt Acer Aspire 5583NWXMi

Rs.36500 + tax of 4% , and I asked for another 512 DDR2 module, said for 2000 bucks i can get it ...
Is it possible to get a Geforce Go card instead of this GMA with in the Lap for my budget ?
