Hey you forgot about monitor & UPS man....
And for 14500, is GTX 660 OC better than Raedon HD 7850/7870?

Can i have a Motherboard with USB 3.0 capabalities & SATA 6GB/s? And how good is MSI ZH77A-G41 Motherboard?
Also love to have a GPU with crossfire tech & a mother board supporting it, in case of any future plans....does my budget allows it?
If i extend the budget 5000/- more....to Rs 40,000. Will it help???

If you want USB 3.0 and SATA III 6 Gbps then opt for Gigabtre GA-B75M-D3H @ 4.2K.
GTX 660 is better than HD 7850 which is around 1K cheaper but HD 7870 @ 16.7K (Kolkata price) is superior than 660.
At your budget, a good Motherboard with Multi-GPU support isn't possible. All you can get a X16-X4 configuration which is not recommended.

@ Cilus

Thanks for the advise man.
Is there no way to have a i3 3220 + Intel H75 board combo in the given budget???
And also can anyone suggest me a good UPS?

Buddy, I think you meant H77, not H75. Believe me, B75 chipset is more than enough for your requirements and it will offer you all the fatures you're asking for. H77 is mainly designed for quad core i5 (non K) processors but for i3, B75 is enough. Even with H77 chipset, you won't get X8-X8 Multi-GPU support, it still offers X16 (3rd Gen) + X4(2nd Gen) PCI-E slot for GPU.
For UPS, get APC 600VA around 2K.
