the advantage with e63 is qwerty keyboard and better battery then E66....

E66 has accelerometer,3.15mp camera...

asus p320 with 8GB memory card for rs 10k with much better games and softwares. wifi and got even GPS.

Buy a second hand. otherwise up ur budget a lil bit and get an HTC. 'E' series is not a good choice.

E51 or a used phone like the N95-1 in mint condition can be had for around 10k or less than that.
