First thing first, we all know On Campus Placements are better opportunity than Off-campus placements.
Why ? Coz the other aspirants are 4m ur clg and friend circle, the technical level/knowledge is roughly same (except some geniuses and certified guyz). So what really comes into play is the Communication Skills (that obviously includes correctly audible english, not so hi-fi) with a pleasant smile making you presentable.
And yes, start practicing Apti questions. Coz thats the first level
