from what i understand 7950 boost is a betr card than 760 & i can afford 23k
what i'm askind if xfx card is ok ?

Price/performance, GTX760 is better. you can get custom cooled ones around 22k which is again better than 7950 with boost. check here AnandTech | Bench - GPU13

I would recommend going for a 7950, sapphire dual-x or vapor-x model. These overclock very well and beat the 760 when overclocked. Also the 3gb frame buffer is nice to have.2gb is really cutting close in games like bf4 even on 1080p.If you can wait, AMD R9 280X will be available for around 25k after a month or so.

Keep OC factor aside because an OCed 760 DC2 can beat 7970 ghz edition too :D

in future(within 1 year) if OP want more then 760 DC2 sli is totally kickass in gaming

my vote goes to Asus Nvidia GTX 760 DC||

I am stressing on the 3gb vram aspect of the 7950.The 2gb vram is soon going to be a bottleneck on the 760 as future games are going to consume more than 2gb @1080p.Once the vram usage crosses the 2gb mark, the games are going to be a lagfest on the 760.If OP wants to upgrade his gpu every year, then he is good with the 760 for now.

As for the overclocking aspect, tahiti has voltage overclocking which kepler doesn't and overclocks much higher than their nvidia counterparts.A 1300mhz + 7970 beats a stock 780 in games. My 7950 overclocks to 1200 from 925 while my 7970 also does 1200 quite easily.

My advice would be to wait a bit for the R9 270X and 280X benchmarks to surface and then decide which card to get :)
