Received wrong SMTP response: 550 Invalid recipient:

or time out

I have installed free SMTP server
but when i use to send emails with 1st Mass Mailer i got this error

i have also put to autodetect
when i click start in 1st Mass Mailer i can see the emails in free SMTP server

The Code 550 means that the email is invalid. Since I do not use these software so I cannot help you any further. I suggest you search on google for your requirement.
