3gpp to mpeg error

Iam not able to convert the 3gpp to mpeg format ,i use imToo to convert i dopnt understand the parameters and vales seen at the right hope the error occurs of this.............
can some one help me with this ?

Me 2 got the same problem with 3GP Video Converter.. aisa kyon hota hai.. yaar.. HELP???!!!!???!!!???!!!
