jst ran 3dmark06........

and the score : 2751 ......

don tell me this is bad..........

Look at my config , i get just over 3300 ... so ur's is pretty ok , considering 3DMark06 scores are highly CPU dependent ...

Also .. what res. did u run 3DMark06 ??

1024*768.....

unfortunately thats the max ma syncmaster510n lcd can handle......

Hmmm .. i never tried at 1024*768 ... ur scores seems quite ok .. ur CPU is really holding u back .. plus u don't have the ram in dual channel ...

No,don't be greedy of overclocking.

No, only 939 mobos with PCIE architecture supports dual channel. Jst try ocing your proc also if ur mobo supports it.

I heard that overclocking processor is very dangerous.is this right ?

The first preference of overclocking for any gamer is in the order:
GPU>CPU>mem.
Here in this forum most AMD users have oced their proc. AMD procs are built like it meant for oc.

No, provided you keep it within safe limits. I do not know about intel conroe, but for AMD's, you can oc' it to anything in the range of 30%-50% over stock speeds. Usually the AMD heatsinks do a good job. If still you are not satisfied, then buy 3rd party coolers. But you always have to test for stability.

is there any way of monitoring processor and gpu temparatures while playing a game ????


that is....like fraps.......sp that ther can be a small display or something on the screen while playing..... ???
