3230 Nokia connectivity prob

please my friends can you tell em what the problem is solve it

My system runs XP sp2 with a bluetooth dongle which comes bundled with bluesoliel software for connectivity. this software recognises my phone but the nokia software(latest) does not even try to seach it.

Even i faced this problem...
do this, it helped me, so might be useful for u too.

Unistall Nokia PC Suite,
Restart XP
Insert your dongle, and start the Bluesoleil application and wait till the connection procedures get complete.
Then install PC Suite

Then select bluetooth as the connection method..

the latest version is compatible wit bluesoliel.. However depending on the fone some functions may be disabled..

it works fine with Nokia_PC_Suite_67_rel_22_eng_us but later versions do not try to search also. What could bethe problem as the older version is not better than the newer version
