i think the jet is better than the X6 at price its offering
x10mini small screen

i thinks better to get the wave than wildfire
maybe throwing a 2k frm myside...

is jet prices likely to drop anymore

& how mch is the wave gonna drop & more importantly when??

cudnt get what you where saying
i dnt think the wave is gonna drop near to 13k in 1month
& out of the other phones i dont think they beat the jet in multimedia exp.
so whts th point of waiting
if the prices of the jet dont drop anymore

OK my point
1. Jet uses resistive screen compared to capacitive of Samsung Wave and X6...that means those have definitely better touch response then Jet

2. I dont see Jet price further going down more...

3. Samsung wave's hardware + features r much better then any in that range..even if u get it between 16-17k next month its worth

4. In next 1 month u will see the release of Nokia C6, Samsung I5800 and SE X8 which would be under 15k(I hope or else I would say they r overpriced)

5. Jet is a good multimedia phone but its not a smart phone...soo u wont be able to install applications..if u can bear with this then its perfect at its price

i have decided to go for the wave when it comes to near 15.5k
i hope the new galaxy will make them drop the wave prices...

I cant perfectly answer ur question but I think the other reason is they want to promote their new OS...which is in initial stages.

I have heard that samsung r going to use BADA OS in their mid segment touchscreen phones

Wave 2 dont have much hi-end material

Yaah what u said is correct only reasonable difference is 0.3" screen and Android
I read in articles that Wave is also capable of same Graphics what Galaxy S have due to same hardware.

Smart ppl make the maximum use of phone, they will need the smart phone. Samsung phones (except windows, android) cant stand before Nokia (Symbian OS).

If you are going to use Internet on ur cell then Samsung isn't a good choice coz u will face lot difficulty to check-mark or radio select since they use thumb touch.

Smart OS: Google Android, Mac (Iphon) Windows, (Loads n loads of softwares, u can do every thing u would do with a PC).
