Waiting for Moto G is worth it. Else you can get Xperia L but that too is getting refreshed in MWC this year.

You wont get a combo of Good camera plus good ASS plus non laggy experience and plus excellent battery in 19K. Extend your budget by 2.5k and Get SGS3.
