I just thought for about 15 seconds to find the details ...
*Model number and details: and Warranty details: both were the most hallarious hits...

I had tried quicker and others ,but there were so many of ads like this.. (But I guarantee, you will not be able to find any of them who can compete my dog in cuteness,,, )

by the way You can convince you family for it

no it will not eat your bird. But if your dog is very enthusiastic it might kill the bird thinking of it as a toy .

BTW which bird ?? Is it in cage or free roaming.
I have sparrows what i did is break 2inx2in in 3 ventilators(outside) in my home & put some metal net separating the height so that the cats(there's too many cats) couldn't get to them. We have some greenery in our home & surrounding areas so they survived. In few years they have made dense nest inside those ventilators. Hope those don't die. Cause most of the small birds have vanished from that entire region after so many mobile towers were introduced.
Now they have become about 12~15 in count last time i checked.
