popups

Pls refer the following screenshots : Sometimes while browsing these screens popup. I close it by 'Alt+F4' ; not touching the message (God knows what code may be at background). The same type of popups is common- I notice at various places. Who is the originator ? Is that PC infected ?

Every time I boot up my PC (Win XP Home), several popups from Spybot apprears each saying some "Registry Value Changed". It may be a normal behaviour of Spybot but since it seems very irritating, is there any means to stop such popups appearing? V.Prem Kumar

i have win2000 and i m using cable internet but after sometime i got the popup from www.upgrade.org/ it comes in both firefox and IE6 . both browsers stop all other popups from the site which i open but they don't stop it.can anyone tell me how i can solve this........
