Hi, I have a Dell Dimension E520 pc. Now, the pc won't start. when I click the start button on the cpu, nothing happens. but sometimes if I'm lucky, the pc starts. there is also an Orange light in the motherboard which is always on, even though the pc doesn't start. please help guys.
