offline

Hello , Can anybody please help me as to re-enabling the offline messages feature. I dont know how but they seem to have got disabled. When I tried all the other accounts of my family on the same PC they received their offline messages. Can somebody please help me for re-enabling...

I want to make an online tutorial available offline so as to reduce time spent online.I am not talking about saving one or three pages but like a whole web site. ( I have a very good Internet conn.)

Although I allocated about 500 MB for the webpage cache.Unlike explorer I am unable to view pages selecting the work offline buton.What to do ?
