Can anybody tell me How much a fresher Software Engineer earns In US UK and other countries? If we Indian's are underpaid how fair is it that we be proud of our IT industry? Dont you think from cost advantage we should more bank on quality advantage? Today if we can outsourcing contracts...

The Americans have got sites like newegg.com where they sell Ti4200's for prices like 95$!!.Dont we Indians have any sites like this from where we can buy graphic cards ,motherboards etc etc etc.but please dont count in sites like bazee.com.we need a site which is totally devoted to computer...
