Everytime i restart my computer..a process named IEXPLORE.EXE starts in the background...When i kill this process it restarts again..i have scanned my computer with Avast & Spybot but nothing detected..this process is taking a lot of memory. Please Help.... :)

friend's xp is infected with this i tried to remove with avast but after every restart or boot it comes back :confused: what to do ?

whenever I update avast (iAVS or Program) it install those files wich are already in my Avast\setup folder and do not downloads new updates. It also says me to restart every time but i have restarted many times but it does not work.
