I see that your processor is E7200. If you are trying to buy liquid cooling for this processor, think again. It's totally not worth if you are using onboard GPU.

Instead of paying premium for liquid cooling, get a GPU like 9600GT or HD4850.
You can also sell your E7200 and with total amount get a quad core which gives you more performance per watt.

E7200 overclocks pretty well on stock cooling. Get a GPU and overclock your E7200 to stable clock on stock cooling.

PS: your iball PSU will not be able to provide stable voltage if you take E7200's clock speed to extreme level on liquid cooling. You need something like coolermaster or Antec.

absolutely, the e7200 is known to touch 4GHz with stock cooling.

But I recommend that you OC to around 3.4 GHz, no point after that, why make ur processors life hell.

And get a
1. 9600GT from Zotac for 6k
OR
2. 9800GT for 7.5k
OR
3. 4850 for 9.2k

Do NOT mess with voltage. Increase FSB speed. Do stress testing. You can find lot of overclocking guides on the internet.

Stop at the best speed that does all the work you want.

+1
Get an ATi HD4850 for 9.5k and OC your processor to 3-3.2GHz.
Then you'll see the difference. Just OCing your current rig won't give you any kind of advantage.

u r right yaar ... but how to OC ie .. are there any seperate software for it ..i m using asus p5k mobo

how to increase FSB is it done thru bios ????

plzz guide my freind

Following are some of my Mobo specs

1. To attain top performance, ASUS engineers have successfully unleashed the true potential of DDR2 memory. While CPU is running under FSB1066/1333, ASUS´s exclusive technology offers a choice of DDR2 1066(O.C*) - providing great performance for 3D graphics and other memory demanding applications.

2. On my Mobo box its written as u can OC to 1600 FSB

now how can i achice it & after acheiving it if i wish to come back at my original settings can i come back ???

^^Yeah you can do it from the BIOS.
I suggest you read some OCing tutorial before doing anything. And don't change the Voltages.
Increase the FSB by small margins and test stability. Keep increasing until your computer becomes unstable. After it becomes unstable, decrease the FSB and settle down for the most stable settings.

That can be done once you get a good grip on overclocking and you know exactly what you are doing. Not for beginners and not when you don't have a dedicated GPU and not when you get 1Ghz overclock on stock cooling. :)
