Hi Guys,

I am using an old pc at home. It connects with the internet via lan cable. Could you please tell me the name and make of the device which is value for money and which can be used to connect this pc with wi-fi? I am using Win XP. So, kindly suggest a device which is easy to set up. I have seen some wi-fi dongles in the market. Will they solve the purpose?

Regards

You can use any PCI or USB WiFi adapter. Make sure your choice of adapter has driver for Windows XP.

Any value for money manufacturer bro?

I have this adapter for almost a year and no problems till now. Moreover, It works with most Linux distros out-of-the-box. No need of drivers for most Linux distros.

AFAIK, It works on Windows XP too. I have personally used it on Win 8/8.1, Win 10, Ubuntu, Puppy Linux and Kali Linux. Had no problems with any of them.
