[Complaint] Again Bad RMA Service Of Kaizen Infoserve Kolkata( for Corsair CX430 V2)

Kaizen Kolkata did it again.
I submitted my old CX430 V2 PSU on past 28th August 2015.
Two weeks ago when I called at Kolkata office they said replacement at transit.
Now,today when I visited Kaizen Kolkata office to check RMA status that same arrogant guy(harassed me last time regarding RMA paper) told me that STATUS of your replacement PSU can't be checked from here and suggest me to call a week later to office phone(phone no is actually of this office and this guy reply most of the time).
What's the the meaning of this ?
They can't check RMA status ?
Then what I was informed at phone call was a lie two weeks ago ?
Or this one is lie ?
I know this guy and he is rude and not behaved well to me last time too.
Mailing to Corsair not gonna help too.
Last time I mailed and gave them(Corsair India) proper reason but Corsair India gave me lower grade VS450 as replacement of my VX450.
Guys please help me again.
I don't know what should I do not. :(
I totally lost faith from this Indian RMA service provider.
I don't know what is currently going.
Not sure if they gonna replace my VX430 V2 or not.
Even if they do after delay and harassment still they may give me cheap VS450. :(
I'm totally fed up with this Kaizen Kolkata.

Hello, their not giving you the exact same model cannot be said as cheap or harassment.... as the VX450 is stopped being manufactured quite a while ago. However the CX series (V2) is still available. They are bound to give you the closest wattage equivalent only.

P. S. I don't work for Corsair., but these are the facts. Instead of getting into a fight with them try politely asking them to give you the next higher tier PSU instead? :) (I did go through your troubles on the Corsair forums, that you had to go as far as Jonny & Corsair Joseph to get things moved is too much... But as someone said there, Kaizen Kolkata is your issue. They are doing the RMA, but they are not Corsair. Unfortunately there are too many AMC/RMA "companies" in India who take us, the customers for a ride. Hope you get your replacement soon.

Or u want to kiss me their feet to get proper RMA ?
I don't want to go off topic here.

Clearly you don't live in India, or have no idea about how things work here.

VX is certainly better built than VS series. They should either give the same replacement or one which is superior.

There is not point of warranty if they give you inferior product to the one which you originally purchased.

Post a comment to Corsair fb page. Provide the link of this thread too. If they care about their reputation then they should do something about the loyal customer's experience. No customer should have to face a rude staff ever.

I have a VX450 too. I bought it because Corsair is known as one of the better companies to buy stuff. I plan to upgrade to another Corsair PSU.

Thanks but this is a new problem(not regarding VX450) and the culprit is Kaizen Kolkata again.

I submitted my bro's 430CX V2 PSU om 28 the Aug 2015.
But,did not get any clear reply from Kaizen.
When I called Kaizen 2 weeks ago they said the replacement has been dispatcheed.
Then again call a week before they said not arrive and to call a week latter.
Now,when yesterday I visited Kaizen Kolkata office they said that RMA status can't be check from their side and I have to call a them gain a week later.
Now,pls tell me what's the meaning of this ?
Should a post this issue on Corsair US FB page or register a new complain at Corsair US site ?
I did not sent any mail to Corsair India yet...

I did not sent any mail to Corsair India yet...

Start with that.

And write in an unbiased way what transpired, in chronological order and with every essential detail. Let them see that the behavior was unprofessional and rude, that's what you are saying. Tell the name of the person too.

Your main point should be to underscore the fact that it is taking so many days despite their assurances from time to time.

Agree with the remark need to take a close look on Corsair...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Off topic, I have been in India for the last 38 years (!) and dealt with all manner of people from Accel Frontline (for Seagate) to Rashi Peripherals/RPTech (for all sorts of things) in places ranging from Mumbai to Trivandrum. The only places I haven't been to are the northeastern states & J&K.

(Don't judge me by post count brother... :) )

99% of Indian service center companies act like $hit. First of all, no company runs a dedicated service operation here. They outsource to some third party company, most often the distributor acts like the service center. They get more profit by turning away people who are claiming warranty, if you go for repairs they will take you in with open arms, if you go in to claim warranty they will do their best to kick you out. Have seen this with plenty of companies. They have a policy to show good behavior towards high end customers, but take in a low end item and often the service center puts your case in the back of the queue. They will take care of high end items first, and for that they will delay your items as long as possible. Despicable behavior, but expected from us Indians.

Totally TRUE.

They outsource to some third party company

This is not fair but a biased action.
Why ?
Cos India is a third world country ?

Because unlike usa or Europe we lack strong consumer protection laws. They wouldn't dare do this in Europe or usa. Also the Indian mentality is a culprit as well

Update:
Got a reply from Corsair FB few hours ago and they suggest me to register a complain at *corsair.secure.force.com/.
But,I already register a complain and got a ticket and even got a reply that they already informed to Corsair India.
Sadly, even after two days no reply from Corsair India(Monday already passed).
Actually these Kaizen or Corsair India both are the actual culprits and they don't care about customers.

I am going to replace my PSU too. Created a RMA ticket on *corsair.secure.force.com. Got this reply.

Please contact the store or indiaservice@corsair.com and they'll be able to help you RMA it through their distributor within the country. RMAing through this ticket system would otherwise require it to be sent to our closest RMA depot which is outside of the country.

Time to check out how good Corsair is. Not keeping high expectations based on your story. I will go full feral on them if they give me an inferior replacement.
