My mouse was defective (scroll button) since more than 3 months b/c the service centre address i got from Logitech Support (email + call on toll-free) was far away and the timings were too inconvenient.
Anyway,i searched again b/c i wanted to find one in Lamington Road (i love the place :p)
Got a huge list this time!
Here you go :
Logitech Walk-In Center (WIC) support in India - Logitech Support Article

It has clear instructions thankfully and a proper address like this one :
Mumbai Ensure Support Services India Limited, c/o K.P.ENTERPRISE, 375/377, Babu Building,Office No.19, 2nd Floor, Lamington Road, Grant Road (E), Mumbai - Maharashtra, Pin Code - 400007 +91 22 23853535 / 32914477

Service Center Experience :
Submitted my mouse in about 15mins after they checked it for the defect and got a receipt.
They asked me to come on the next business day and call before coming.
It took 4-5 more days when they finally asked me to come collect the "replacement".
Got a new sealed pack (imported especially for replacement)! :-D
The guy opened it a bit to note the serial number, didn't get a receipt since their n/w was slow.
Not the best yet a pleasant RMA experience overall.
Staff @ Ensure was cordial.

Will definitely recommend Logitech now since warranty on most devices is for 3yrs and replacement took about a week.Worth it since it's sealed+brand-new!
Get a spare mouse as backup (i got the most valuable one @ 93 from Amazon a few months back!I love it as well)
Will add pics later mood hua toh :p

Did the service center guy asked for purchase invoice ? or the S/N of the product is enough ?

I had taken the original pack and the invoice (it didn't have S/N).
He just saw the Import Month/Year on the pack and went ahead to test it.
After testing it in 5mins,they gave me the RMA receipt.
Then they noted the S/N in their system as well on the RMA receipt which they gave me.

Also,i got a question - do you get S/N for every product on the invoice?
For eg: my Logitech mouse,KB,iBall headset,USB pendrives do not have their S/Ns on the invoice.
Only products above 1K like HDD,Mobo,Speakers,Router, etc have it.
Is this normal or should i get every invoice with a serial number?

I would recommend you to try and get the serial number printed in the invoice from the seller always whenever you buy any electronic items.

Thanks for the info. Like Shah has suggested insist to get the S/N printed on the invoice but generally many seller don't follow this. Even many online big players do the same.
