Hello guys... I passed out of college (XII) in 2013... I got into good govt. college for b.tech...but I had to drop out due to illness... now after 2 years, I want to go back to finishing my b.tech in cse... but I haven't been doing any studying in these last two years... I think I have forgotten everything that I have read... now, I am afraid if I can go back to finishing my degree... I got into a private b.tech college... my classes start from august.. I am really unsure if I can do it again... has anyone been to similar situation... what's your advice... should I use this time that I have to relearn XI and XII concepts again?

The base is always important and since you knew yourself well you should knew what are your shortcomings. And will you be continuing with 3rd year or starting fresh?

I know that I have forgotten most of the things I had learned in class XI and XII ... no, I will be starting fresh....I wanted to know if it is possible... I mean has anyone else here done it...i.e. went to do engineering after 2 year gap...

Mathematics I and II are the worst nightmares, one can have in the first year of College. Since you know the importance of time now, am sure you will come out of the college with flying colours. Just don't lose yourself.

Maths will be a problem but since you have done it earlier it won't be much of a problem I guess.

Ya... I know... that's why I have started to practice XII level calculus ... but I have also forgotten the physics concept that I had learned in class XI and XII....so, will that be a problem ?

May be and maybe not. It depends on how fast you can revise it. Just check out some youtube videos, might brush up.
