WTB Split AC 2 ton.Need suggestion.

Need a 2 or 2.5 ton split AC.
No company preference.
Budget:50-60k

For 2 Tons get the Sharp AH-XP24MV Rs 51 to 55 depends on your bargaining skills.This is a inverter model and will save on electricity. Inverter above two tons cost over 80K.

Sharp has good a pretty good power. But how is sharp compared to O'General. I mean how much is the performance difference?

Its not O General,its actually Fujitsu General. O is the emblem or trademark! General is also a very powerful unit and is at par with the Sharps and Mitsubishis. Sharp uses a Mitsubishi Compressor! Now the part where Sharp scores is the Inverter Main board tech and the All-Aluminium Canalicular Tubed Condenser and then 19K BTU while every other company does 17K BTU with their Inverters.Though its a 1.5 Ton unit it operates up to 1.9 ton capacity when pushed on a hot day in a large room.

But you will be surprised to know who makes the best Inverter Acs of them all.......its LG ! LG 1.5 Ton Inverter air conditioner (BS-Q186C7M1)Its the most efficient and most powerful. Costs no less than Rs 55K.
