1. Budget - 45k will be happy if it stays below 40k:-D
2. Display type and size- should be above 4inc
3. Form Factor -touchscreen
4. Preferred choice of brand -any just want the best experience
5. What camera option you want?- it should have front facing camera and rear camera should have minimum of 8megapixel
6. Preferred operating system- android
7.Preferred connectivity options - wifi, 3g both.
8.Preferred applications- what's best can get in budget
9.Primary use of handset - [Gaming] it should do extremely well in gaming !
Any other info that you want to share - nothing just tell me which is best in my budget and should do well in gaming.

Democracy is a myth
what about note 3 which is better note 3 or z1 ?
The screen size is too big to carry and use as a 'phone'
'Note' is a phablet IMO.
Get LG G2. Better than both Z1 and Note 3.
Well few things I would like to mention...

Z1>Better camera
Z1>Better looking phone, G2 has a button on its backside which really makes it ugly
Z1>Option for SD card (well, decisive factor for me)
Z1>Single glass body, compare this to plastic body of both G2 and Note 3. OP being a former Apple user might feel odd holding a plastic body phone this time.

b/w, check out these two links

It is widely known fact that Z1 heats like a boiler. heck, may users have even said that it refuses to open camera app telling that the phone is too hot. and The so much hyped 20 MP camera is only marginally better than 13 MP of LG G2's.

I'm using Xperia Z and i know about this heat issue first hand. No, I'm not defending it.

The reason is the Single body architecture. There is no way air could flow inside the phone and cool it off like other plastic body based phones.
Any single body phone would suffer this issue.

Well, let OP reply what he thinks of this.

Thanks guys for you response ,
I saw many people suggesting nexus 5 I just wanted to know is lg a good brand and will it be good for gaming ?
And as for note 3 size is not a problem for me but recently I heard that Indian model of note3 is quite different and not quite as fast as note3 which is supplied in European countries . So tell me which phone will do the best in gaming. And as far as Xperia z1 it's body looks fantastic! But I don"t know about performance ,frankly speaking I don"t have that much idea about android phones :-(
And if any new smartphone is coming out this month or next than I can wait until that.

Q.C Passed. Tested. OK
Like people have already mentioned, heating is a well known issue with Z1. If you think you can handle the heat, go for it . Lol. Just kidding.

I'd say go for Nexus 5 if you do not mind a slightly lower quality of cam. Since its from Google, you will get updates faster than any other phone, thus enabling you to have a better Android Experience.

note3 is good..but imo, its overpriced...
For best android experience but average camera experience : Nexus 5
For a good android experience & better camera experience : z1.

If you want an awesome screen, go for lg g2.

It's real easy... If you want a phablet... don't look anywhere else go for note 3...
I don't know about the G2.... The z1 is according to digit itself is awesome phone... i think you should wait for the galaxy s5 as it have 8MP OiS (optical image stabilization).. Am gonna buy the Note3 in two weeks... tell you my opinion if you are ok to wait for me :D

no, i saw 3d benchmark and note3 N9000 [Indian version] is very much behind the note 3 SN800 version indeed lower than nexus 5 aswell , and i think galaxy s5 will be launched in march so its a long time , i think i will go with nexus 5 as it looks really a beast of a device!
