I have just finished analyzing the applications you have mentioned. All the adobe applications are multi-threaded and can take advantage of Multi-Core Processors. For Nuke, I guess you're referring to Darik's Boot and Nuke application. This is not that heavy and okay with any decent configuration. Mocha, on the other hand, is a demanding application and has good support for Multi-threading through different plugins. For rendering, it relies upon OpenGL and an AMD card will be better suited here due to their higher OpenGL performance than current nVidia cards. So here is my suggestions:-

AMD FX-6300 @ 7.35K
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 @ 5K
G-Skill RipjawX F3-12800CL10S-8GBX 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3 @ 4.26K
WD Caviar Blue 500 GB SATA III 6 Gbps HDD @ 3K
Antec BP450 PSU @ 2.7K
AOC I2251FWE 21.5" 1080p ips Panel LED @ 7.6K
Power Color HD 7750 1 GB GDDR5 @ 6.6K
Asus Optical Drive @ 1K
Logitech Keyboard @ 0.4K

Total: ~ 38K

Hey i was referring to Foundarys Nuke.
I gues NVDIA cards give better Cuda tech support. These softwares rendering depend on that right?
