1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Games: minimal, Farcry3, MW2, BlackOps. The main purpose of the System would be to use photoshop and 3D rendering. My system runtime normally exceed a week and photoshop is always open. And as i work with a Pen Tablet i would need a better config so that it can do a realtime render.
I also use ram intensive process like After-Effects, sometimes 1080p renders go for 12-15 hrs

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 50K, I could go upto 55k [If i can buy a component a bit latter]

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:Yes, But wont need a cooler, still suggestions are welcome.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7 might use windows 8.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:500 GB, and no SSD, but i plan to add SDD later.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: No, I use a 21.5 inch BenQ screen.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Speaker, Mouse, Keyboard and Monitor.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: within this week.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Yes I have.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I can buy it locally or from vedant [Kolkata]. Online is fine by me.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: The budget must also include UPS. [Which i might buy later also]. CPU, mobo, RAM, HDD, GPU, SMPS[PSU],DVD writter and UPS. Cooler if needed.

If Photoshop & 3D rendering is priority then get the FX8350 without a second thought. As you wont be gaming much You can be more than happy with the HD7850 anyway.

I will go with the AMD based config suggested in 2nd post.

Two Options For OP
1. Sacrifice OCing for a better Graphics Card.
2.Sacrifice Graphic Card for OCing .

Since the main usage is photoshop and rendering , go with the config in 2nd post.

Get the GTX 660 @ 15K.

@op the rig in the signature can be overclocked & added more ram to fit your requirements

i7 920 can easily hit 3.5GHz with a decent air cooler

just add a nice gfx card,RAM & a PSU

if you dont want to overclock then ignore this post
