Please Help with Wifi Hotspot

I purchased this *www.flipkart.com/tp-link-150-mbps-tl-wn721n-wireless-n/p/itmd8rrpdjyrtcwn?pid=USBD8RRP4ZEZVS98 for the sole use of a wifi hotspot as i already had an internet connection via the lan cable , initially i got it replaced from flipkart since the hotspot feature wasn't working, the replacement arrived yesterday and it still has the same problem, the wifi receiver is working fine but for some reason the hotspot feature isnt, i am able to connect to the hotspot but cant access the internet through the hotspot, its driving me nuts for the past 7 hrs, have used many hotspot softwares like connectify, virtual router, mhotspot, but no solution, even created the windows 7 ad hoc connection but still cant access the internet......god knows whats the problem whether the device is faulty again or something else. Please help me guys this problem is killing me

Am looking to share 3g data card internet, via wifi.I tried connectify..etc..etc and still am not able to share.. Will the device that you are using help me???

dude personally i would advise you to go for a 3g router than a wifi dongle, I tried connectify but it wasnt working and some other similar softwares as well still to my chagrin they werent working either, so go for a 3g router mate as it will help you in the long run.
