System restarts on shutting down!

I think the problem is with the cabinet (hardware issue).
The power button or Re-Start button is malfunctioning.

If you have any spare Cabinet try to use it. (Re assemble all the parts or just use the Power Header wires from the spare cabinet. )

-Keep the spare cabinet close to the one with you old one. Now only put the Power Header wires and reset header wires from spare one to your mobo in the old cabinet.

- Use the space cabinet power button to start your computer!!

N.B : Above steps are for diagnostic purpose only. :)

Hope this sorts out your problem, if so, just replace the wire or use the spare cabinet.

Yes its may be the reason , one of my friend had face same issue with Cabinet Switch , Due to faulty Switch the system getting restarted or getting shutdown .

BMG ftw!!
Check your PSU for faulty ATX/Motherboard cable. Most of the cases the reason is faulty psu.
