1. Requirments:-
GPU+PSU within 9K(at the most)

2. System Specs:-
AMD PHENOM II X2 550 BE;
Asus M2968AMPLUS;
Kingston 2 GB DDR2;
XFX Radeon 1GB DDR2 HD 4350
Iball i612-New

3. So I'm retaining the Iball Cabinet and just changing the PSU inside it with:-
FSP SAGA 500W(2k) :- which is almost settled unless I find a better option.

4. I'm in a dilemma, while choosing the GPU. I play games only at 1366*768. And if most of the games run at 30-40 FPS in medium-high quality;It's good enough for me.
So What will be the best choice among the following:-
Please Note:- (If the low end ones among the following is good enough to fulfill my needs, I will not be wanting to shell out extra money on a higher priced card which offers just a little performance gain)

I'm stuck between:-
HD 6670
HD 6770/HD 5770
HD 6790

Which one will be the best according to my needs?

Also, will my motherboard support these cards?

_____

Also let me know the exact street prices of these?

Thanks.

Bond, Desi Bond!
If you are not going to upgrade to a FullHD display in near future, I think a HD6750 is more than enough for that resolution. for PSU, FSP SAGA 500W is a very good choice.

No I will not be upgrading to a full HD for some time now.(As my current monitor is only 8 Months Old)

So Will the 6750 be enough or should I be going for a 6770?

And what's the main difference between a 5750/6750 or 5770/6770?

6770 and 6750 are basically re branded 5770 and 5750 respectively with HD3D support. There is no difference in gaming performance at all.
But for 1366X768 resolution, just get Sapphire HD 6750 @ 6.1K, more than enough.

And, is there any difference between the normal 6750 and the one called Vapor Edition?

Higher clocks, cooler temperatures, more OC potential, greater performance and more costly.

Better to go for the 6770 than the Vapor edition.

Better to get the 6770 by paying just 1k more. Worthwhile in the long run. It will still remain in your budget.

You mean it will be a better option for upcoming games and will provide better performance? If so, i don't mind buying it, by just paying 1 K more.

And is there any Nvidia Cards in the same budget, that is considerable? I read reviews that they provide better performance if PhysX is turned on//

No no its not like that. Nvidia cards support physx ( their proprietary code) only for games supporting them. Not all games support nvidia physx. The only games supporting physx this year is homefront and batman arkham city. Enabling physx in a low end card will hamper performance as the gpu load is divided between rendering and physx calculations. To fully enjoy physx for a single gpu configuration, a gtx 560 or higher is recommended and these are beyond your budget.

So you can live without this feature. I would happily recommend nvidia cards but sadly there are no worthy cards in your budget. The only nvidia card worth recommending within 10k mark is the gtx 460.

Gtx 460 768mb is 8.4k. Its more powerful than 6770 and can easily handle 1366x768 resolutions and will give more fps than the 6770. But its 1.4k more. If you can shell it out, then go for gtx 460 768mb.

Oh I see. Yea I knew that all Games does not support PhysX; The only ones with the features, that I've played so far are Batman AA and Mafia II.
Yea, those cards are beyond my budget; In addition to that, I am not that addicted to these games either.
In that case, I will be better off buying a 6770/ Will be getting it in a week or two.....

Thanks all for your suggestions.
