Right off the assembly line
I am planning to buy an assembled PC. The configurations are:
Intel Core i5-760, Biostar TH55B HD, sapphire Radeon HD 5850 DDR5, Cooler Master Elite 335.

I am confused about the Power supply. which will be the best? Plz suggest with the price. Also suggest about the cabinet.:?::-|

Go for Corsair VX550. Avoid **** from Cooler master extremepower, zebronics etc.

^why do you say that buddy, Coolermaster has some good stuff, just the extreme series is known to cause issues, else its a good maker.

The GX series are just as bad.

that is purely based on 1 review, i think it was at JG that rated it bad, here is one that says its good, we just jump to conclusions too fast IMO:

JG didn't told, GX to be bad. it proved, GX isn't any good. so if someone thinking that the caps used or the internal parts used is ok for him, he may go with GX. but i feel CM is straying from the quality line of PSU it was famous for. also when you pay 4.5k+ for a PSU, its considered a premium PSU. not something that will have multiple points under the "con listing".

But I dont think its as bad as the Extreme series, also, never seen any members reporting problems with that PSU too.
