ZONE ALARM ANTIVIRUS UPDATE ERROR

hi guys,
i have installed zone alarm security suite version:5.5.062.011
i am unable to update the zone alarm antivirus... it says "Error :failed to connect "
i have gone thru zone alarm's forum and tried many things, but none seems to be working....

Can anyone help me in this regard??

I think you should not use ZA suite. I have used it but members here told me that its AV is not good. So use some good AV like nav or kav

well i'd recomend u to uninstall it and jus install ZA firewall.. and as for antivirus.. go in for AVG or AVAST.. or as suggested by potter NAV(not free)
