Features-wise, the Zen Vision: M easily outclasses the iPod video. It plays common video formats such as DivX, XviD, MPEG, etc., has a better display, features FM Radio, Recording, Voice Recording, and comes with an AC adapter. However, price and availability in India might be a problem.
