Yahoo webcam not connecting giving errors

I have 2 yr old webcam I connected & its working fine & recording using its software.

Yahoo webcam gives error
[SIZE=-1]"sorry you appear to be behind a firewall and are currently unable to use yahoo webcam"

I disabled the zone alarm yet its not helping at all,I use airtel broadband 999 unlimited plan.

It has a dsl router connected via lan cable, is the router stopping the webcam?

reading that helped, I had to change the preference to "no network detection" & it works now.
